RAI88 Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

1Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2Member Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

The RAI88 platform is restricted to individuals who are of 18 years of age and above only. Registration by any underage individual is strictly prohibited, and any account proven to be held by an underage individual will be closed immediately without refund.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The RAI88 platform is offered to players in Malaysia. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that their use of this platform does not violate any local laws or regulations applicable to them. RAI88 bears no liability if a Player accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where such services are restricted.

2.3 Single Account

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.

• Registering more than one account under the same name is not permitted.
• Registering an account under a family member's name within the same household in order to claim bonuses multiple times is not permitted.
• Each IP address and device is treated as a single entity for the purposes of detecting multiple accounts.

3Registration & Account Management

3.1 Registration Process

To register an account with RAI88, Players are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including their full name, a valid email address, a valid Malaysian mobile number, and date of birth. RAI88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

RAI88 requires a KYC procedure to ensure the safety of all parties and to comply with legal requirements. Players may be asked to submit the following documents:

• A clear copy of both sides of the Malaysian identity card (MyKad).
• Proof of current address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill or bank statement).
• A screenshot or proof of the payment method used (e.g., a Touch 'n Go or GrabPay account in the player's name).

3.3 Password Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. RAI88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a Player's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

4Finance, Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

RAI88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction.
• The maximum daily deposit may vary depending on account tier and payment method.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• RAI88 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by payment method providers.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal of funds from a RAI88 account is subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Players must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process before their first withdrawal can be processed.
• Standard withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts will be processed within 15 minutes during business hours.
• Withdrawals to e-wallet accounts will be processed at a similar rate, subject to the limits of the respective payment method.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Verification

RAI88 is fully compliant with anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines. Any suspicious or inconsistent transactions will be investigated. RAI88 reserves the right to withhold payments and request further explanation or supporting documentation where necessary.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by RAI88 are subject to the following terms unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositors only and may not be claimed by existing players who open a new account.
• RAI88 reserves the right to void any bonus where there is evidence of misuse or fraudulent activity.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and carry no redeemable cash value unless all wagering requirements have been met.
• Winnings from free spins awarded as a bonus will be credited as bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

RAI88 takes bonus abuse seriously. Activities considered to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing low-risk bets specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements, employing betting strategies proven to manipulate wagering requirements, and opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

6Sports Betting & E-Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Results Verification

The outcomes of all sports and e-sports bets at RAI88 are determined based on official results issued by the relevant sports governing bodies. In the event of any discrepancy, the official source of the relevant governing body shall serve as the final reference.

6.2 Void Bets

The following bets are considered void and will be cancelled:

• Bets placed after an event has commenced (except for intentionally activated live betting markets).
• Bets placed on events that are cancelled or postponed by more than 12 hours from the original scheduled time.
• Bets placed through unauthorised technical means or by exploiting system errors.
• Bets placed on events reasonably suspected to involve match fixing.

6.3 Betting Limits

RAI88 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum betting limits for any market at any time. These limits may vary by sport type, event, market, and the Player's account tier. Applicable betting limits will be clearly displayed on the bet slip before the Player confirms their bet.

7Casino Game Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

All casino games at RAI88 — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and other games — use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or genuine physical casino equipment streamed live. Game outcomes are random and cannot be manipulated by RAI88 or any Player.

7.2 Technical Interruptions

In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during an active game session, RAI88 will endeavour to restore the session to its last recorded state. If restoration is not possible, any affected bets will be voided and the funds returned to the Player's account.

7.3 Final Results

Results recorded by the RAI88 system are final and binding, unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. RAI88 system logs shall serve as the primary reference in any dispute involving game outcomes.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the RAI88 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of RAI88 or third parties licensed to RAI88. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Player not permitted to:

• Copying, modifying, publishing, broadcasting, or selling any part of the RAI88 platform without prior written authorisation.
• Using any RAI88 trademark, logo, or name without prior written authorisation.
• Extracting or copying data from the platform for commercial purposes.

9Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, and storage of Players' personal data on RAI88 is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. By using the RAI88 platform, Players consent to the processing of their data as described in that Privacy Policy.

In summary, RAI88 is committed to:

• Not selling or renting Players' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• All transaction and personal data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Sharing only the data necessary with payment providers to process a Player's transactions.
• Complying with all legal requirements relating to personal data protection.
• Providing Players with access to their personal data upon a valid request.

10Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The RAI88 platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights. RAI88 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors.

10.2 Loss Limits

In no event shall RAI88's maximum liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their RAI88 account within the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

10.3 Indemnification

The Player agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RAI88, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, costs, or expenses arising from the Player's breach of these Terms & Conditions.

11Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Account Closure by Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the RAI88 support team. Prior to closure, all pending bets must be settled and all eligible balances withdrawn. Balances left unclaimed for more than 90 days after a closure request has been made may be subject to an administrative fee deduction.

11.2 Closure by RAI88

RAI88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player's account without prior notice if:

• A Player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The Player is found to have used unauthorised software, bots, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• The player provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• The Player is found to be under 18 years of age.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who need a break from betting activity may apply for a voluntary self-exclusion. Options range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During the self-exclusion period, Players will be unable to access the RAI88 platform and no new accounts may be opened. This is part of RAI88's commitment to Responsible Gaming.

12Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

12.1 Right to Amend

RAI88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the RAI88 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12.2 Disputes & Resolution

Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the RAI88 platform must first be addressed through our internal complaints procedure. Players may submit a formal complaint to the RAI88 support team via email at support@rai88.im. RAI88 is committed to resolving all complaints fairly within 7 business days.

12.3 Language

These Terms & Conditions are drawn up in Bahasa Melayu as the official language. Should any translation into another language exist and a conflict of meaning arise, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from this document and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
